Writers Wanted!
The Rocky Mountain Blog has grown beyond what we expected in a little over 1 month. In that time we have noticed our weaknesses and our strengths.
Our greatest weakness is the lack of contributing non-commercial writers. We are presently looking for individuals from all over the world that want to write articles for The Rocky. We are looking for individuals that have a keen interest in Travel, Mountaineering, Ice Climbing, Skiing, Snowboarding, Hiking, Camping, Rock Climbing, Mountain Biking, Horseback Riding, Snowshoeing, and that is just to name a few topics. So if you are interested in getting known and you want to be published “The Rocky” will make that possible! Also if you have photos to share with your stories we will publish those as well to add a little more colour to our domain.
On to our strong points we are growing in traffic and our current guests numbers are showing that in a little over a month we have gone from 30-100 visitors per day to 350-1500 visitors per day! And those numbers are only going to keep growing as more folks continue to discover us, which is a certain event, as more free services will be added to the site!
Moving on our over all designs will improve as well but we are going to keep things easy navigate. We will work to keep topics of interest on the site to be found in 1 to 3 clicks of your mouse.
Our most important goal is to make the site fun but also informative!
